Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement.
The replacement is only initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. You’ll be notified by e-mail or we will send you a replacement request for more details.
To claim the warranty for your product, contact the brand's authorized service center or visit their website for more information. Alternatively, you can also visit our service center or website for further assistance.
Once your return or replacement or exchange request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product is scheduled. You’ll be notified by SMS, e-mail or with any other applications on the day of the pickup with more details.
In cases out of Kathmandu valley, you have to ship the item/product back to us within 7 days of the return-related e-mail/SMS being sent to you.

We usually ship your orders from 1-2 business days from the date of your order been placed so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn’t been shipped within this time please contact our customer support so that we can look into it.
An item is marked as “Out of Stock” when it is not available with us or any sellers in a market, at the moment; you won’t be able to buy it now. Click on the “Notify Me” feature to know the status once it is available.
